I thought now that talking "how good the talks are" will be much more informative being supplied with examples.
Let's go :).

First of all, the steps below are splitted for me, mainly.
The excellent communication is when you do not think of the steps, when you just enjoy the talk and your partner.

1. Open communication
Pretty important is to look in the eyes of your future party before you start talking. And better, smile.
So try not to approach from the back (though it's not crucial, just a recommendation).

This way your minds exchange some data which I cannot verbalize yet (though some psycho- and energy-oriented people have some explanations). The main thing here is for your party (most likely, a girl) to understand you are not a maniac, you are not going to kill or rape her, and you have something pleasant to tell her.

Next you come up. When you do, please, do not come too close. If it's not a crowdy and loud place (like a night-club, where you might touch a girl before you talk), usually a meter (3 feets) is enough for a stranger.

Good, we are close. Now we say the first phrase. Pretty important, and pretty easy.
"Hi!" / "Hello!" / "Salut!"

Actually all is simple. At one my friend is the test: " And what will be if? ". Communicating with the man, it mentally asks a question: " And what will be, if we shall meet hooligans, at night? " . If it intuitively feels fear, means, before it not its hero. And so this test did not bring it. I know, you and without that will understand me.
Good guys like to put on well. However, for quite some time now, I began to be afraid unloaded as the dandy of gentlemen. I have understood, that they hide something. In them there is no confidence of itself, and they try to compensate it orders. Them it is a pity to me a little, and it is not interesting. Self-assured men feel equally well in any clothes, whether it be a sports suit, jeans or something. They are interesting in any clothes. They do not have necessity to prove surrounding something. They have already proved to themselves all.
Good guys afraid to make of the decision. They want, that you have solved, where you will go tonight. And at all because appreciate your opinion. Simply they try to shift on you the responsibility.
